EXPLANATIONS: 1-The defendant has a plot of land adjacent to the ……. m2 plot of land belonging to our client, registered in the land registry as ……. Province, ……. District, ……. Village, ……. Block, ……. Parcel. Our client’s house is located on this plot of land.
2-It is not possible for our client’s house and plot of land to access the main road because it is behind the defendant’s plot of land. On one side of our client’s plot of land is a factory wall belonging to MKE, and on the other side is a swamp. Our client has to use the parcel belonging to the defendant to access the road. Our client made an offer to the defendant in this regard, requesting that the road be opened in exchange for appropriate compensation. The defendant rejected our client’s request.
3-We request that our client be granted a right of way.
