2-Our client’s son is engaged, has obtained a date from the municipality, and will be married shortly. Our client will move his son into this apartment where the Defendant currently resides as a tenant.
3-This special circumstance was notified to the tenant by our side pursuant to Article 7/b of Law No. 6570 with a warning letter dated ……. and numbered ……. from the ……. Notary Public. However, despite this warning and reminders, the defendant has not yet vacated the rented property.
4-We request that the tenant be evicted from the leased property.
