1- Defendant …………….; took delivery of goods belonging to the client company from Istanbul to be transported to Ankara loaded onto a Mercedes truck with license plate number 34 AA 0000 on behalf of ………………………………. Inc., where he worked as a driver.
2- When the defendant …………………….. arrived in Ankara, with the help of the other defendants ………………, ……………………., and ………………., they stole the goods belonging to the client company by making it appear as if they had been stolen.
3- Upon the complaint filed with the Public Prosecutor’s Office by …………………….., the owner of the company and the truck in question, the allegations were deemed serious, and a case was filed with your Honorable Court under the above-mentioned case number.
4- As the client company has suffered damage from the crime, we wish to participate in the case as an intervening party.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons stated above, we request that we be accepted as a party to the case, with our rights to claim compensation reserved, and that the defendants be punished in accordance with the provisions of the relevant articles of the law.
