In the case heard before this court under the above-mentioned file number, the complainant client filed a complaint against the suspect ……………………………………., who committed the crime in question together with the complainant. However, due to the suspect’s status as a civil servant, a request for investigation permission was submitted to the Ministry of Interior. However, the Ministry decided not to process the petition, and the prosecutor’s office decided that there were no grounds for prosecution. An appeal was filed with the Council of State to overturn this decision.
Upon the appeal, the Council of State’s …………. decided to overturn the decision issued by the Ministry (Appendix-1 Sample Decision). Pursuant to this decision, as the case is being heard by your honorable court, we respectfully request that an additional indictment be prepared against the suspect ………………….. and that the file be submitted to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office for the suspect to be included in the case as a suspect.
