1- We object within the time limit to the payment order we received on …………….
2- Our client does NOT OWE ……………………..TL as claimed by the company claiming to be the creditor in the payment order. WE CLEARLY OBJECT TO THE DEBT. We request that the proceedings be suspended. The amount and rate of interest claimed are also unjust and excessive.
3- Moreover, the creditor’s claims and demands are also subject to litigation. Our client has not used any credit card related to the amount claimed for repayment. Our client has not signed any credit card agreement or credit agreement with the apparent creditor. Therefore, it is clear that the claim is unjust and subject to litigation.
4- Furthermore, there are sufficient movable assets at the address where the payment order was served to cover the debt. We submit this information to you in lieu of a statement of assets.
