ENFORCEMENT ORDER FOR CHILD CUSTODY OR ESTABLISHMENT OF PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CHILD
ESTABLISHING PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CHILD

You must deliver the child ordered to be delivered within (7) days from the date of notification of this enforcement order; you must not prevent the minor from establishing personal relations with the person in whose favor the judgment was rendered within the scope of the judgment; otherwise, the judgment will be enforced by force in accordance with Article 25/25-a of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, wherever the child may be found; if the child is hidden or the establishment of personal relations is prevented during the enforcement of the judgment, the penalty specified in Article 341 of the same Law will be applied.
