SUBJECT : This is our petition to object to the debt.
EXPLANATIONS:
In the file with the above reference number, enforcement proceedings were initiated against my client through summary proceedings, and a payment order was sent. The notification was delivered to the village headman on the grounds that it was outside the city. However, on the date of notification, ../../…, my client was performing military service. Therefore, the notification made to him is unlawful. My client was notified of the payment order (enforcement file) in question on ../../…. We are submitting our objections within the legal time limit.
The client has no debt to the party claiming to be the creditor. Therefore, we expressly object to the payment order, the debt, the enforcement, the interest rate, the interest, the accrued interest, and all consequences of the enforcement.
